ZHFR(Zero Halogen Flame Retardant)

Application

Wiring in all places where fire safety is necessity like schools, buildings, theaters, commercial complexes, apartments, laboratories, internal industrial wiring , etc.

Conductor

Thin strands of electrolytic copper having highest purity, least resistance are multi drawn for uniformity in dimension and flexibility.
There are two types by which thin copper conductors are bunched :
1.Traditional bunch conductor
2.Unilay bunch conductor

Insulation

Specially formulated grade of Lead Free + Zero halogen + Flame Retardant (ZHFR) PVC compound is used for insulation. The insulation does not burn readily. It does not Melt and Drip, Smoke is negligible, Transparent, Non-Toxic. The trapped victims in fire do not suffocate and this facilitates fire fighting operations.

Marking

The cables are marked as "Masai Cables".

Packing

90 meters coils packed in protective cartoons. Project coils of 180 meters also available in carry bags.
