FRLS ( Flame Retardant Low Smoke)

Application

Wiring in conduit for protected installations particularly in fire and explosion prone areas like chemical factories, public buildings, schools, hospitals, commercial complexes, theaters, densely wired areas, etc.

Conductor

Thin strands of electrolytic copper having highest purity, least resistance are multi drawn for uniformity in dimension and flexibility.
There are two types by which thin copper conductors are bunched :
1.Traditional bunch conductor
2.Unilay bunch conductor

Insulation

Specially formulated grade of Lead Free + Flame Retardant + Low Smoke + Low Halogen (FRLSH) PVC compound is used for insulation. The smoke emitted by the burning cable is considerably low compared to traditional cables. This ensures improved visibility for evacuation of trapped victims and facilitates fire fighting operation.

The cables are marked as "Masai Cables".

Packing

90 meters coils packed in protective cartoons. Project coils of 180 meters also available in carry bags.
